- Professional presentation of your property in Dutch and English on all the important websites (internationally), including Pararius;
- Various multinationals, defence and relocation agencies will offer your property for rent;
- We carry out a very comprehensive screening of all interested prospective tenants;
- Preparation and signing of rental agreements;
- We collect the first month’s rent and the deposit for you;
- On delivery or when the key is handed over, we do an extensive initial inspection, including a photographic report.
Rentals and management
- Collecting the monthly rent;
- Acting as the tenants’ point of contact for all financial and technical matters;
- Keeping the file up to date and setting up the administration;
- Implementing the annual rent increase;
- Inspecting the house, if required;
- Keeping the owner informed and consulting on maintenance work or repairs;
- Preventing late payment and handling debt collection cases, if necessary;
- Issuing maintenance and repair instructions on behalf of the owner;
- Carrying out an extensive final inspection and provide a photographic report when the lease is terminated.
Rental of several properties or short-term rentals
